MRp1: Storage & Collection of Recyclables
The intent of this credit is to reduce the waste generated by building users.
Requirements: In order to achieve this credit, there needs to be an area for collection and storage of recyclable materials for building occupants to use.
Approach: Incorporate an area early into the design that will meet the requirements of the credit.
There are a few Calculations needed in order to calculate the required area size. There are no exemplary performance points available for this credit. This is part of the Design Submittal.
