EAc5: Measurement & Verification
The Intent of this credit is very important. It is necessary to be able to measure the building’s performance and have accountability for it’s consumption.
Requirements: Create a Measurement and Verification plan that covers at least one year of post-construction occupancy.
Approach: Install necessary features that will allow for the requirements to be achieved.
There are a few Calculations required for the IPMVP Volume III. There are no Exemplary Performance points available for this credit. This is part of the Design Submittal.
