WEc3.1: Water Use Reduction - 20% Reduction
Intent: Maximize efficiency of water systems to reduce the amount of water needed from the utility.
Requirements: The building must use 20% less water than the calculated baseline (not including irrigation) in order to achieve this credit. The baseline is calculated after meeting the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
