SSc1: Site Selection
Intent: Develop sites that are already previously developed. Avoid developing inappropriate sites.
Requirements: Basically you are not supposed to develop on undeveloped land - prime farmland, previously undeveloped land that is lower than 5 feet above the 100 year flood, within 100 feet of wetlands, of 50 feet of a body of water, or public parkland.
Approach: Give preference to sites that do not fall into the forbidden sites category.
